Wishlist is a list of all the items you are interested to buy at a later date. When you add an item to wishlist or click ‘Later’ on a few shopping apps, it will be moved to the wish list and you can access your wish list anytime you want through the application menu.
When you want to buy an item but the product price is too high, add it to the wish list. Whenever you open the app, just go to your wish list to see all the products and current price. If the price of the product has dropped, go ahead and buy it.
Use coupon codes

Many websites contain coupon codes which can be used to avail a huge discount on the purchase. Websites like woocoupons, desidime.com and Oneindia offers exclusive coupons. If you can’t access these pages, just search the name of the online shop followed by “coupon code”, example “Amazon coupon codes” and you will be provided with hundreds of results.
Remember there are some websites which charge you money for a coupon code. It’s better to stay away from such websites because they often turn out to be fake.
Check your local store

That’s right; you can get a good deal through local shops too. When I wanted to buy Levi’s jeans, I searched in every online shop and the price I could find was around 1500 rupees.
What I did was, I went to a local seller and asked for the price, he told me the same price of around 1500. Well, I started negotiating with him and told him that, in 1500, I can get it from Amazon, they offered better customer service, if I bought from them. They gave me some promo code too. The price was dropped to 1100 rupees saying that’s the best he can do.
His best deal saved me 400 rupees. Try this tip at least once; it will work 4 times out of 5.
Compare prices in different online shops
When you want to buy a dress or fashion wear, you compare different online shops to get the best deal available. If you are just comparing one dress, it may look easy. But what if you are comparing multiple dresses? It will become extremely difficult. To solve this problem, use online comparison websites. Websites like comparometer.in allow you to compare dresses or any other products from many leading online shops.
If you can’t use comparometer, use browser extensions like PriceBlink which can be added to Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari.

Almost all online shops give you a chance to avail offers on fashion wear and other products during special occasions like Christmas, Diwali, Navratri etc. Plan your shopping at that time to save a considerable amount of money.

Online shops like Amazon offers lightning deals on fashion wears and other products often which will feature discounts. The offer will be valid only for a certain period of time, so if you see something you need, make sure to buy it before the offer expires.
Ask for refunds
Some online shops, especially Amazon, offer a refund if the value of a product you bought goes down within seven days of purchase. All you need to do is talk to the customer service.
